We purchased cat tree 8303 5 yrs ago & have replaced the lower posts (part R), due to excessive use by our cats. Product is very well made & easy to switch out the old posts for the new ones. We highly recommend this company & their products!
Actually ordered (and successfully installed) this part as an access ladder for a cat bed located atop a "PurrFect Post" brand, "The MONDO!" model, Large Woven Sisal Cat Scratching Post. The only reason I don't rate this product "5 stars" is because it arrived with 2 of the hinge-screws completely stripped, and unable to be re-tightened. However, the remaining hinge-screws seem to be holding.
