Armarkat sells genuine replacement parts for every Classic and Premium cat tree we've made — sisal scratching posts, wood and faux-fur perches, hammocks, baskets, and hardware — plus full parts kits matched to your tree's exact model number. Because Classic and Premium trees use different components, always order by your tree's model number (found on the original instruction sheet) rather than by size or style. Not sure which model you have? Email help@armarkat.com and we'll help you find it.

Armarkat offers a six-month warranty on all of our cat trees. If any part of your Armarkat cat tree breaks within the first six months due to a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it free of charge. To receive your free replacement part, please contact us at help@armarkat.com.

After the initial six-month period, there will be a small charge to replace any broken parts. We offer free shipping for orders within the continental U.S. For international orders, please contact us for pricing information.
