Armarkat offers a six-month warranty on all of our cat trees. If any part of your Armarkat cat tree breaks within the first six months due to a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it free of charge. To receive your free replacement part, please contact us at help@armarkat.com.
To identify the specific part that needs replacing, please refer to the original instruction sheet that came with your cat tree. Alternatively, you can find the necessary part by visiting our website's Accessories & Parts section for your tree.
After the initial six-month period, there will be a small charge to replace any broken parts. We offer free shipping for orders within the continental U.S. For international orders, please contact us for pricing information.
