Great that I can replace parts that get worn over time

bought this as an add on to existing climber. Does NOT indicate that you need another item to attach it. ARMARKAT: When customers buy replacement parts, we assume they already have the hardware that attaches the parts. You are welcome to go back to site and order the hardware you need.

I’m not sure about the part yet because it hasn’t been delivered. I checked the tracking and it said no new information about the delivery date. Armarkat: Customer Service will look into this for you right away.

Our two cats love their cat tree, especially the basket. One gets in "the bucket" as soon as the other gets out. They use it continuously. I am so pleased that you can purchase replacement parts for Armarkat trees. It really helps to replace a worn out basket and not have to buy another whole cat tree...much easier on the wallet! I was very happy with the initial purchase of the cat tree. After realizing they have replacement parts and accessories that you can purchase for their cat trees, I am a loyal customer! I will only purchase Armarkat brand in the future. *Armarkat: Thank you!!

$29 is not a "small fee" for a fabric circle sewn onto a wire frame. Armarkat: Please understand that this is a custom made part for a premium cat tree. Most other brands would ask you to buy a new tree. Considering the cost of this premium tree, $29 is a small price to pay in comparison to replacing the tree.

This is a wonderful addition to any cat tree, however, the size of the hammock has decreased from the original size, which does not accommodate larger cats well. If you have a small to medium sized cat, it's wonderful!

Parts came promptly and were just fine!

My cats have their claws so this is a much needed replacement.
