X7001 Parts

I love this whole tree and how well made it is! My cats love and really use the scratchers (part S) and I love the peace of mind knowing I can replace them rather than tossing the whole tree when they unravel from use.

Part received but no connecting pins included. I would think that since this is the top piece, there would be a connection pin to attach the sleeping platform to. Now requires a trip to the hardware store. Description on website is misleading, never tells you what material is covering the replacement post.

I have 2 ARMARKAT towers, both with hammocks. The material of this replacement hammock is not like the one on the original tower. The color is close, but this replacement part has a loose towel like material, my cat started kneading it and it came apart and released threads immediately. It's unfortunate because its going to make a big mess. I don't even know if it's worth using it. Armarkat customer representative: I'm awfully sorry, but we should have the exact quality as always, based on the report from QC. Can you contact us by email. I have this tree for 3 years. My Rosie does like to swat at the hanging balls, scratch the rope covered poles and relax on all the platforms. She does not use the tube, house (because she got to big), rope and hammock (but I love putting her toys in it). You can not predict what your cat will like but she does enjoy this tree every day. The price is good and it is sturdy but light if you have to move it.
