Appears cheap, but assemblies well
As all Aramark cat trees, this assembles really well, but the fabric that covers the surfaces is fairly cheap-seeming, compared to the last one I got from Aramark. But time (well, cat-time) will tell. My cats like it, though, jumping on it immediately after I finished it. And even scratching the post before I put it up.

Easy and simple
We purchased this for our son's room so the kitties had somewhere for themselves while in his space. It fits perfectly under the window so they can sit on top and look outside if they want to. Only thing I wish for is that it came in a different color so that it could either match the color scheme of the room or the other cat tree in the house.
