My cat uses it and it is a very soft material. Easy to assemble by yourself but it's not 100% stable all the way. I've tightened all the screws as much as I can but it still wobbles at the top so she usually stays in the little cubby hole or right above it. Armarkat: Keep working on tightening the screws. It should be done weekly and will hold better the more you tighten it.

Its cute, I wish I had paid more attention to dimensions. It's smaller than last one, and the cat has grown since I ordered. She still likes it, and she plays with the dingle balls. ARMARKAT: It is important to get a tree your cat can grow into, not out of. Always check the sizes listed and the weight the tree can hold.
The cat tree arrived just two days after ordering, and shipped to Canada quickly with no issues. It was very easy to assemble, and me not being a handy person managed just fine. It is a little unstable, my parents have an extra large cat tree from Armarkat and understandably it is much more stable. The design with the screws in the bottom seem to make it wobble since it is not that heavy of a tree, so we had to put some padding underneath to stabilize it. Otherwise it's great!
This is our second tree from Armarkat. The first is still going strong and we got this one for a new kitty we just brought home. Put it together in just a few minutes and the new cat is already using it.
A wonderful product,exactly as advertised,at a good price! Curious note: The box it came in -thank goodness, not the tree- reeked like rotten fish. We had to put it outside as soon as we emptied it!

This is our fourth cat tree from Armarkat and first review. My wife thought the the faux fur covering on this unit was the best. The only reason we rated it a four star instead of five was that the base screws do not rest solidly on the tile floor of our sunroom. It rocks slightly because of the three screw mount in the base. This would probably not be a problem on a carpeted surface. Also the idea of metal on tile and possible damage is worrisome. We absolutely love the product for its pricing and solid design. We will be purchasing again!
Will definitely buy from this company again, they have great customer service! I ordered a cat tree without really "reviewing" the dimensions of it. Once it arrived I realized it was to big for my apartment, and they gladly accepted the return. The tree was great, and good quality! Will definitely be ordering a large tree from here again once I have the space for it!
