We've had ours for about a week now. Really good bang for the buck. Assembly was a piece of cake, and overall it feels sturdier than others we have seen. Happy with how quickly it shipped as well. Tree arrived in timely manner, easy to assemble, design needs a little re-thinking. The base should be a larger board to provide more stability to structure. Tree rocks a bit while my cat plays on top shelf - I'm a little afraid it will topple over.
