Parts are great!
What I love about these cat towers is that they are not only easy to put together but you can switch out any part when it gets old or dirty. Just replaced 3 of my roped poles that my kitties had shredded and it looks like a brand new tower!

Replacement Part F. Cats absolutely love this tower...
The cats absolutely love this tower, so when part F broke and a sisal came crashing down, I was very disappointed. However, I was very excited to see that replacement parts could be ordered. It was very simple to order and shipping did not take too long. I had no issues with install. The replacement piece is perfect and the cats are joyfully back to running and sleeping on their tower again.

misleading replacements
Did not like the fact that the scratching posts replacements were of a different color and material. Looks like a mess with the other posts that did not need replacing. Should have mentioned there would be a difference. *Armarkat: Different lots may have slight color variations, as sisal is a natural product. However, every single one of our scratchers are made from the same high quality 100% cured sisal.

I was dissapointed to receive the replacement parts I did not feel they are the same quality of the original product

Easy to replace, and still great quality after 7 years.
I ordered these replacement platforms for a cat tree I bought 7 years ago. The reason I replaced the platforms is because the cat hair had gotten matted and would no longer vaccuum up. The prices have gone up significantly, but the quality remains the same, which is excellent.
