I have an Armarkat product that my cats love! It just needed an update...had it for a LONG time. I just wanted to change out certain parts and was SO excited to find out I can and not buy a whole new tower. My babies would not like that. They love the tower they have. We are all very pleased with what we purchased and I will continue to use this product to accommodate my hefty Ragdoll cats. Seems to be the only product sturdy enough for them. Armarkat: Gotta love those Ragdolls!
The sisal rope legs on my cat tree do not last that long before they are scratched to shreds by my cats and start to look ratty w/ropes coming loose, but with the replacement parts, it's a snap to replace them & get the tree looking presentable again. Genius idea selling the replacement parts, esp for the sections that my scratch-happy cats like to get at the most. Happy cats, happy owner.

I purchased three replacement DL ropes for my cats' B5701 cat tree, because our bigger guy loves to chew. I should note that the original rope lasted a long time; they're very well-made items. This cat just has a chewing fixation, so eventually it gave out. Excellent service, great products, fast shipping!
This is a sturdy shelf for my 15 pound cat who spends several hours on it every day. I was very glad to be able to order just a part instead of a whole new tree. I had also lost the wrench, and they sent me one at no charge. Free shipping, too. Can't beat it.
Easy to order and arrived quickly.
I find the construction to be strong with the exception of the covering for the beds. My cats are not diggers, but just from rolling and playing the material (cloth)is peeling off. The G sections could have a strong cloth for covering the bed. I replaced in about a year and half. My cats do love this tree.
One of the things I love about your cat trees is that I can get replacement scratcher poles for our large cat tree. Our cats scratch them instead of our furniture, and we have to replace them every couple years. I think they are pretty durable for the price and I am happy not to have to replace the entire cat tree.
These parts fit perfectly. Now our cat tree looks like it did when it was new!!
