Have two cats. One small and feminine. One huge and beautiful. But he is hard on cat trees. When he snapped off the top of this one (with a run and leap) I checked Armarkat website and found out I could replace broken part inexpensively. I am very happy they can have their favorite tree back. BTW...the tree is sturdy. My fat athletic cat is the issue. I will have to replace the part in another three years or so, but it's worth it.

They work as needed; now if my 4 cats would ease up on them they would last longer and wouldn't need to be replaced. Armarkat: We're glad your cats enjoy it!

I ordered a rope covered post for my cat tree and it was reasonably priced and came delivered as promised. My cats all love this cat tree and it was nice to find replacement parts available and priced well.

I love being able to replace individual parts when my cats destroy it over many years, but the shipping charges to Alaska are absolutely horrendous. $124 S&H for a $19 part? The quality is good, but not that good. ARMARKAT: Sorry, we can't control what the shippers charge, which is by weight.

Since my cats shredded the bottom 4 legs on their cat tree, It was nice to replace them instead of purchasing a brand new tree. Just wish they were a little less $$. But in the end it was worth it. ARMARKAT: The ONLY brand for replacement parts and well-made trees.

Works as good as the original. It's just a shame that a return option for the old parts couldn't be offered, where a customer can get a small refund for returning a good shape but well scratched out product for reworking and possibly a discounted replacement part.

I love being able to buy replacement parts for my cat towers. It is cheaper than buying new and the cats love the tower they have. Shipping was quick, and the quality is better than in the stores these days.
