B7301 Parts

Well the big issue the site has is missing the measurement of the post I order 2 but is too small I need 34 1/2. Armarkat: As long as you indicate which model you have, correct posts are shown under replacement parts. We are working with you to get this resolved!

Excellent and long lasting parts. It has taken over 4 years for my cats to destroy them. High quality, easily replaced.

Our 2 cats absolutely love their, "catominium," as we fondly call it in our family. Our 2 daughters have also purchased one each for their cats. Two of the base legs were stripped of their rope after many years of scratching. It was easy to find the parts on their web site, easy to order them and they were received very quickly with no shipping cost! They fit perfectly and we are back in business. One of our cats helped me put it back together....he was very concerned when I had to turn it on its side and take the lower portion apart.

I ordered Part S for our B7301 cat tree. The part arrived quickly and was easy to install. Silly me, I've thought for over a year about how I was going to fix this cat tree and didn't realize how easy it would be. Our kitty babies and us thank Armarkat for providing such great products and fixes for the worn (completely shredded) parts. ARMARKAT: You are so welcome!!

Your service was wonderful. The support staff was wonderful. Very helpful. The cat tree went together just fine. Ikea could learn from you. Well made product, would buy another one. Sturdy. I have big cats that like to climb. This tree will stand up to the climbing they do, it doesn't move when they jump on it. Thanks for everything.

Well made, size and mounting exactly as original, (may have different shade of rope the only negative). I've been buying replacement parts for this tree for years. I've had it so long I can't remember. I have 5 cats and they all use this as their scratching post so it takes quite a pounding. The two youngsters are now 3 and they grew up with this tree. It's been a great addition and the cats all love it.

Originally the replacement piece looked too big when I held it up to the part I was replacing. I decided to try it before I sent it back. I did and it was perfect. The delivery was speedy and in perfect condition. I highly recommend using this company. They have an outstanding product line. Without this product my cats would have scratched my furniture. They love it so much, they only use for scratching. Please disregard previous review which said it was the wrong size.

My kittens grew up with this cat tree and as they grew, the poor tree took a beating. They even managed to knock it over! When they did it damaged the cat cube, and the platform for the cube. The replacement parts came quickly and I was able to install them in 20 minutes! Now I have my cat tree back, and the kittens are now cats. This tree will last a long time!
