Was an international customer. Initially had problems with purchasing replacement part. Replied to customer service. They handled it well. Arrived safe.

I disassembled my cat gym of 12 years, washed the rug covered parts and now reassembled with the new posts it looks almost like new. It's great!!

Remove the old, replace with the new.....no problems.

If you take into account the fact, that you pay a bit over $100 for the whole thing, paying $20 for a single post... way overpriced. I prefer to disassemble the whole climber and switch heavily worn posts, rather then go and pay more than $100 for new ones. The quality, though, is pretty good, delivery is fast and smooth. With 4 cats, our cat tree gets constant use. The lowest level was showing wear from all of their jumping and playing escapades. I ordered the replacement piece and had it in less than a week. It was very easy to replace. The cats are very happy.

I had to replace a post in the middle of the tree, but I was able to do it without disassembling the entire tree, which I was very happy about. Of course cats make everything more difficult, but even with them climbing all over the tree while I replaced the post, the tree held up and the post was installed in under 5 mins! It took the cats over a year to stratch the original post to smithereens, so I'm sure this one will hold up just as well. Replacement parts were not expensive and I had free shipping! The post arrived before the estimated delivery date, even though I'm on the other side of the country! I'm very happy with my new post. :)

I've had my cat tree 2 or 3 years. My 2 cats have claws and use mostly one post for a scratching pad. I needed to replace it because one cat chews on the fibers that stick out. I looked up the cat tree model # on the website, ordered 2 posts, and they came quickly. Very happy with the fact that extra parts are available, and the post replacement is very easy. If you're just buying a tree, keep the little bolt tightener that comes with the original tree and replacement is a snap.

I'm glad I can order replacement parts and they do come quickly. However, the posts were very pricey! By the time I had placed my order, I should have just ordered a new cat tree. The total was that expensive!

Well made, just like everything else from Armarkat. I used it to replace a taller post so that my cat tree would be more stable. I love that they're interchangeable.
