We ordered the two R's, we received them and now they are part of the Kittie's Condo! Thank you for your efficiency!!

I’m very glad that parts are offered for this cat tree. My two boys use the cat tree all the time and some parts wear out sooner than others. One curled up in the little house and the other curled up on top of it as soon as we installed it. Five paws up from the cats!

Items arrived quickly. Changing out the parts was super easy . Our cat loves this climber and never scratches anything else. Worth the investment to keep it in good shape.

The replacement pole arrived yesterday and it appears to be in great shape. I will install it today and our condo will be perfect once again! Thank you!

I'm so glad that Armarkat offers parts for their cat trees. My cats use the scratching posts a lot, so they needed to be replaced. Good product received in a timely manner.

My cats practically live in their cat tree. I am so glad that Armarkat offers replacement parts so I don't have to keep buying new cat trees. The parts are perfect, easy to replace and makes the tree look almost new.

We've had this tree for almost 10 years-this is the first time scratching posts had to be replaced & that was only 3-We have 3 very active Siamese cats who are on the tree & use the scratching posts all the time-We added a smaller tree to put next to the tall tree to make it easier for a cat who is no longer with us with cardiac issues to get up to his spot to rule the world-it just made it more fun for every one ! We would never buy any other cat tree/furniture than Armarkat!

We recently moved and thought we'd kept all of the parts together, but the hardware hasn't been found. I tried the hardware store, but parts weren't available. I was so happy to find that I could order the hardware set. It came quickly and we have a very happy cat!
