Needed 2 Replacements...
I love that I can order replacement parts for my cat tree! I needed parts S and A, as the rope had completely come off of one of the 4 posts(Part S) and my cat broke the tree base (Part A) where Part O attaches to it, jumping from that lowest platform to one of the upper platforms. The parts came in within a week of me ordering them and shipping was free, which was great! Initially, I was sent the wrong Part A, but Wendy was very helpful and got me the correct one sent within the week no charge to me! I'm very happy with the parts and with the customer service experience and will purchase more products from them in the future! My tree is back in like-new condition and kitty is happy again :)

Love! Excellent customer service great cat tree.
My cats, two 10-year-olds, love their Amarkat tree. And so do I, because it saves my furniture and makes my cats happy. I was worried when they loved their Amarkat to pieces, energetically shapening their claws on the posts until the ropes were all frayed and shedding. I was relieved to learn that I could buy a new replacement for the destroyed part--all I needed to make their cat tree good for a while longer. I thoroughly recommend the cat tree and appreciate the great customer service. ARMARKAT: Thanks so very much.

Love Armarkat!
I love that I can purchase parts for my Armarkat kitty condos instead of having to buy an entire new condo. I bought this post to replace a platform support for a cat condo I've had for over four years. My cats had scratched this post so much the rope and underlying cardboard were completely worn out and the post fell off. I ordered a replacement post on Friday and it arrived the following Wednesday. Super customer service and I love all of the Armarkat products!

Needed this replacement part
I was a little lazy keeping the cat tree tightly bolted and my cat was a little aggressive jumping around on the tree. The particle board started to break turning one of the pillars into a leaning tower. Easily found the right part on the website, recieved it quickly at a reasonable price and free shipping. And now all is well again
