B6203 Parts

My cat tower is 14 years old. I replaced #B, and trimmed and turned the all #S’s. Now it looks close to brand new. The product is well engineered, sturdy and durable!

These cat condos are great and built to last. I was even able to talk to someone at the company to make sure I did not need additional replacement parts. The post has arrived and my cats are happy once again.

I ordered this part to replace a similar one that had broken on a cat tower we have. Our cat tower was manufactured by another company, so I wasn't sure it would fit, but after trading emails with "Ann", I found it matched the part I needed and it did indeed turn out to be perfect. The replacement scratching posts arrived quickly and were perfect replacements for the well used old posts. Nice update to the well loved cat condo.

Miss Kitty loves them. She even fought me for space to curl up for a nap while I was trying to install them.

Purchased the whole tree a little over 6 months ago, and had to purchase a replacement B part for my tree because I was 3 days out of warranty and they will not honor the warranty because of 3 days. What a scam! If you purchase a tree, be careful of the all important 6 months mark as your product will start to fail and they will not honor their warranty! Armarkat: We apologize, but this is standard procedure for any warranty.

Thank you Armarkat for making these super replacement parts for my kitty condo. Without them my kitties' much-loved condo would have to be discontinued, closed forever. With replacement parts that get worn out by constant use (scratching) I can prolong the life of the condo. I love it because my cats can romp around and scratch to their heart's content thereby saving my furniture. Happy kitties, happy me!
