Great Replacement Parts!
Couldn't be happier with the armarkat tower and it's replaceable parts. My cat was shredding through one of the bottom posts. The replacement post was inexpensive and arrived in just a few days time. Thank-you!

Great customer service
Bought Armarkat for the replaceable parts and reasonable prices - love that a cat tree can now last forever and even be customized. When I ordered these replacements, got an email informing me that the delivery would be slightly delayed due to national holiday in country producing parts. That was very considerate.

Nice to get new parts
We have had this cat condo for a few years. We have two cats that punish this thing daily. We have replaced a couple of the scratching posts once before. This time, the parts arrived in no time and the condo is back to perfect. Thanks very much.

Good Replacement
Part came and is in good condition. I did feel it was over-wrapped in plastic. It is a non-breakable part and it took me a long time to get into it because it had many layers of bubble-wrap and tape around it. I do appreciate your care with it, but this was not necessary and I'm sure a cost for you that you don't need. Otherwise I am satisfied.
