Armarkat products are the BEST. My cats love to scratch the rope posts. I have had the structure for over 10 years and it is used everyday all day. I have to replace the posts due to everyday scratching by the cats. They love their TREE!!

In a move back to the U.S. from El Salvador, the packers lost all the connector pieces to our cats' favorite tree. My wife found the connectors on-line and I ordered them. Puuurrrfect! They arrived a couple of days later. Both our cats are ecstatic with their tree-facilitated view of the new backyard. Thank you Armarkat! Our large male ragdoll has made use of this tree for over 3 years. Just recently replaced one column where he tore through the sisal, but everything holds up just as sturdy as the first day. Easy setup, easy to clean.

The part I ordered is exactly what I need to repair my cats’ “tree.” (The tree, of course, belongs to them.) Only 4 stars because convincing your help/sales department to sell it to me was somehow very difficult. I’d urge the company to provide specs for each part, so people looking for replacement parts can easily determine which parts will solve their particular problems.

My cats love this....the product is very safe and durable. I have had for 8+ years and still like new. Had to replace the scratching posts, but that's expected.
