Exactly what I wanted & expected

I ordered new shelves for my cat tree. They were out of stock but the company offered the option to cancel the order, or wait. Excellent customer service. They kept me informed of my order status and the product was exactly what I expected

Kind of expensive for what they are, but, the cat loves it, so then so do I.

Armarkat is wonderful to do business with. Their website is user friendly. And I love that the replacement parts can be purchased and easily changed. It is nice to be able to refresh the cat tree periodically.

I've had this cat tree for 8 years now, and as "Post P" is my cat's go-to post for scratching, it was in pretty rough shape. But I was pleased to discover that Armarkat sold replacement parts, and the price for a new post was very reasonable. Unfortunately the FedEx shipping to Canada was insane, almost triple the price of the $16 post! Surely regular mail service would have been cheaper? Apart from that disappointment, I'm glad I was able to get a new post for my cat tree, and my cat appreciates it too. *Armarkat - shipping within the US is free; unfortunately not international

My cat decided he didn't like the first part E on the right side of the cat tree, so he destroyed it within the first week of having it! Being able to replace just that one part is extremely useful! Now I don't have to buy another cat tree and I can just replace that one landing!
