Good product, poor shipping timeliness
The product itself is great. However, shipping is not. When I placed my order, the shipping showed 3-5 business days. It took 13 days for my item to be delivered to me. I kept checking the tracking, and the delivery date changed 5 times. In the end, the piece is exactly what I needed so I’m pleased. Just bummed it took way longer than originally stated.

Perfect perch spot for climbing cats
This is the top perch of the cat tree which my cat loves. She has worn out the fleece lining with the extensive use and it is great to be able to buy a replacement part for her favorite spot!

Great replacement parts
It's so nice to be able to replace well used parts of Armarkat's trees. The trees last almost forever if you can replace the parts that are most used. Great product!

Great service and just what I needed
I wish I'd known I could get replacement sisal-wrapped posts for my Armakat cat tree earlier; I had taken one of the upper posts to replace the front bottom one which my two cats had destroyed over time. The same one needed replacing badly when I stumbled onto this spot and discovered I didn't need to buy a new cat tree after all! I had the two posts in a couple of days along with the hardware to tighten the bolts (at no charge!) and free shipping. I am so impressed with Armakat! Replacement took just a few moments for me to install. Thank you.

Replacement part.
This is exactly what I wanted and it arrived very quickly. I absolutely love the fact that I can buy replacement parts, rather than having to purchase a completely new tree, since the posts are the only thing they get aggressive with and pretty much shred them to nothing and the rest of the tree is intact and the cats love it.
