Fixed Tree
I have 4 cats that love to use the tree, they have scratched the bottom pole to the point there was only cardboard left. I ordered a replacement part, it came and I replaced the "dead" one. I am very pleased that the part fit exactly as it should, my cats are happy too!

Our second "tree"
We bought a cat tree a few years ago when we adopted two cats - it sits in the living room window and is used constantly. We wanted one upstairs for more play/sleeping fun and it is used constantly. Since there are so many scratching posts between the two we rarely have to worry about our couches getting scratched. Both cats have their favorite perches to look outside. Easy to put together, vacuums and washes up well. Company has great response time for questions!
