Needed parts to repair the 8 year old tree that the Savannah cats had clawed holes in the legs of after destroying the jute rope covering them.

My cats love them. They hold our large bengal with minimal bending, very sturdy. I actually ordered an additional bowl to add to my already existing one, and I interchange Part H with the new bowl, so now my cats don't have to share a bowl.

Love my tower, and so do my cats. They especially love the "pouch" for sleeping, and it was wearing out through much use. Was glad I could order replacements, but the price seemed a little unreasonable for essentially a metal ring in a plush bag. And the packaging they were shipped in was ridiculous - no box, just an inside-out UPS padded bag, shipped FedEx! They could have been damaged so easily during shipping - very unprofessional.

Sam loves his hangin' basket! He wore it out and we had to get him a new one!

I purchased this cat tree hanging basket to replace the round platform at the top of my tree because I have two cats that like to sleep in the baskets and my tree only had one. It worked perfect to remove the platform and install the new basket. Now I have two happy cats! As with anything that you order parts for, you end up spending a little more, but it matches and I could not make one for the price.

Our boys absolutely love the pouch of the tree & have worn it down so badly the fabric was wearing at the mounting point. We ordered this as a replacement, it is exactly how it looked new. Unfortunately they don't like it anymore, I have a feeling it is because their smell is not on it. Also when we ordered it the part ID on here is "I" but when you receive it the part ID tag on the actual product was "H". Not a big deal but figured I put it in the review.

I ordered this part as a replacement to another hoop style cat hammock. It was smaller then the original, not sure my cat will use it based on size... but it is well made and of good quality... just will have to look for larger diameter sized hoop.

I have 4 cats that love to use the tree, they have scratched the bottom pole to the point there was only cardboard left. I ordered a replacement part, it came and I replaced the "dead" one. I am very pleased that the part fit exactly as it should, my cats are happy too!
