I have to say over the seven years I've had this "tree" it has held up well to four very active cats. I do finally have to order some new rope poles as they are starting to fall apart from the 100's of clawings a day! Better those than my couch though. It's well worth replacing them. I'm glad to see they still have them in stock and support this product!!
I got this tree about 6 years ago off ebay and just love it because it makes my cats so happy. At any one time I can find at least 2 of my cats sleeping, chattering at the birds from their vantage point, or just going to town on the rope covered poles. I've had to replace a roped pole, and now have to replace 3 in the last 6 years, but I can't get anything locally that can compare and would probably last longer for a 1-2 cat household, but after 6 years and 6 cats, I can still get parts. It's great quality for the money.
