This is great that you can order parts. I replaced the 2 bottom scratch posts. I have had this for 5 years and now it looks new. Great product

It was about 6 inches too short. But, that is what I get when ordering a part from a new cat tree for an old cat tree. Just advice for anyone ordering parts. will not be too short unless you ordered a part for a different Model. Be sure to record and save your Model No. when purchasing.

The tree itself is several years old and gets plenty of use by our two cats. When I assembled it originally I recall 2 things; one, the directions were very clear, and two, the build quality was excellent. Heavy duty. Have replaced the most used posts a couple of times. Easy to do. Recommend

Perfect replacement sisal posts for my A7401 cat tree! This one is the best cat tree we've ever had for our 7 cats. Hoping these replacement parts will help us get another year out of it before buying a new one. Shipping was really slow but it was also free, so not complaining. Just something you should know. Replaced 2 of the perches on our cat tree that were worn out. Replacements are good quality and will extend the life of the tree.
