I have a cat tree that I have had for years and two of the sisal poles finally showed wear. I ordered the poles and they were a snap to put back on. It looks great. It is worth it esp. when the rest of the cat tree is still in great condition. My cat tree had daily use also.
Purchased the Classic Cat Tree from another and discovered there were missing ramps, disappointing, but thrilled to have been able to order replacements so easily! Now just realized there are two more pieces missing. Will have to place another order soon. package came so fast, I was very pleasantly surprised!
We have had this Classic Cat Tree for some years. I imagine maybe 4 and 4 of the posts were needing replaced. We are very Happy that it is possible to replace them. The Armarkat is a very good product. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
I ordered cat tree part. I was happy that I could order my cat tree part. However, it took more than for an week that was from Hongkong(freom China). They use DHL shipping. Anyways, when I got the cat tree part, it was damaged part. I called Armarket. I am waiting for answer. Im gonna write that what is going on later.
