A7401 Parts

Part fit perfectly.2 problems. One it came with no hardware which was not clear when it was ordered. I went to the hardware store and found a part that fit which was not expensive. Second, it seems slightly unstable. Even with tightening it significantly it still allows the table top to wobble a bit. I have a large cat and she makes it move. The other original parts don't wobble at all.

It's so awesome that replacement parts can be ordered rather than having to replace the entire unit or try to upgrade the worn out part myself. My cats wear out the seating areas on my cat tree and I'm not crafty enough to replace the carpeting myself. I love my cat tree and my cats love it, too. Being able to keep it nice for them really means a lot. Thanks!

My cats love the tree. This would be a 5 star rating, except for Part C. Part C is made of paperboard and has no support for 1/2 of the board per the diagram. What happens is when kids lean on the board (even when told not to), the board will break in half and need to be replaced. This really needs to be either made of wood or have an additional support on the bottom. I consider this a flaw in the overall design of an otherwise great cat tree.

These replacement posts arrived on time, were easy to install, and kitties continue to love scratching on them! These posts are their "go to" for scratching, never the furniture. And the cat tree itself is a favorite place to rest or as a final destination in a game of chase. King of the cat tree wins!!

Ordered a couple of (one long and one short ) spindle/scatching post for the model 7491 cat tower. Our cats love this thing and it gets a work out. Considering it been up for about three years and got a daily work out something was due to wear. Ordered the parts to replace two of the more favorite scratching support posts that started to unravel. Slight disassemble of the tower is required but simple to figure out with only a couple of size fasteners used everywhere. Great product.

The Part that I ordered worked out perfectly. It did the Trick. I was more than satisfied with the Quality and Pice of the Item I ordered. And it also came in a Timely manner.

We bought this tree at least four years ago. Fantastic! When our three cats wear out the rope-covered posts (which takes a while) we just order replacement parts. Very inexpensive. Glad we bought this product. Our cats love it! Ar least one cat is on it continuously throughout the day. Money well spent.

We needed these parts to replace unraveling pieces on a ten-year-old, discontinued tree. Rather than help me identify the correct part from descriptive information I provided, Armarkat insisted on knowing the model number of the old tree, which I could not provide because I don't keep that kind of information for ten years. Then my mother-in-law received a new tree she had ordered for her cats, which included parts of exactly the length I needed -- so I ordered them, using the model number of her tree. I expect not to need to do business with Armarekat again for another ten years, which suits me just fine.

Was pleased to discover that I could order replacement parts for my cat tree. The old shelves were covered in imbedded cat fur (not really a surprise: they love the tree). I ordered 2 shelves. When they arrived, they were just slightly lighter than the original and were also finished on the bottom. The shelves they replaced were open wood on the bottom. I am very happy with my purchase and will remember when I need parts again.

The Piece I ordered is one inch shorter than needed. my piece is 14 1/4 inches and I was sent a piece that was 13 1/4 Inches. a useless piece and waist of money. Thanks a lot.
