I didn’t have the model #. Phil graciously looked through your catalog of cat trees & found our model. I I had taken a picture of our tree & sent it to your company. I ordered & received the new posts, and my cat, Sylvester, is happy. I highly recommend Armakat company to all my friends. Came to my rescue & figured out the model I had!

It's so nice that a company sells replacement parts for cat trees! The posts on my two trees get such a tremendous workout from my 6 cats that the ropes came loose or were completely shredded. Rather than having to buy new trees, I can now just replace the posts that are worn out.

I love that there are replacement parts available for this cat tree. It would be really expensive for me to have to replace the whole cat tree every time my cats go through one of the posts on these. This saves me a ton of money. It arrived fast and in good condition, and buying replacement parts, I should be able to keep the whole cat tree much longer.

I ordered replacement poles for the cat tree we bought several years ago. They are a perfect fit and my furbabies love them already. Thank you for having the parts to replace. Now I can order at my own leisure!

I spilled something all over one of the Armarkat perches and there was no cleaning it. This new perch came so quickly, at such a reasonable price! More importantly, my cat immediately curled up on it. I love the soft covering on this particular condo because I can hand vacuum it every day and it looks brand new and clean. And now it is whole again!

The correct replacement posts were easy to find on your website and when I received them, they were easy to replace!

I lost the hardware for this structure when I put it in storage and this was an inexpensive, quickly shipped way to get it back up when I needed it.

We purchased our tree over four years ago and it probably ranks up there with "best money ever spent" items in my home! We have four cats, so saying it's well used is an under statement. My cats use this tree like it was intended to be used, sleeping, scratching, crazy cat games. And while we did ultimately have to bolt it to the wall, it has stood the test of the Hellions! We have replaced legs a couple of times, but otherwise no problems. If I had any criticism, it would be the material used to cover the tree. Really a fur trap but not sure what to suggest to replace it. It does clean well with a good vacuum cleaner!

Have purchased trees and recently the large house to fasten on walls separately. The houses are made of wood, solid and securely attach to the hardy board walls in our cat center. Most important: The cats love them.
