They are close to original in size so they work but the color is different and they dont have the fake soft fur on them as they did originally so it is obvious that they are a replacement part. I have replaced pieces through here previously and the match was perfect last time. Too bad had to change it.

They sleep on it every day. With eight cylindrical piece they only scratch two. I've replaced those pieces twice and it looks new.
I wish I could send you a photo of it! My black cat loves it! I can't wait to get another one for my other kitty cat cuz she's begging. The small one will probably sleep up there tonight.
I have had my cat tree for many years now. It has held up very well. But, like anything a cat tree will need replacement scratching post from time to time. That just means my babies love their tree. I just replaced all three large post, and they came quickly and are excellent. Very easy for me to replace. Took about 15 mins and my tree looks as good as new and my fur babies are happy scratching away. Thank you for an excellent product. ARMARKAT: We thank YOU!
I bought a cat tree from an unnamed pet store, and once the plastic bases on the scratching posts started breaking, the store had no clue how to get new posts. I took a chance and ordered one just to see if it fit and it worked great. If I had to make a complaint about the parts, I would say that I'm sure it'll only be a matter of time before these break as well. I would like to see some stronger material used as mounting points.
The part was shipped correctly and in a timely manner. Part also was of good quality.

After my darling furry beasts toppled the ~6' cat tree, breaking part P, I had to replace it. Luckily, Armarkat had a replacement piece available for purchase. And they shipped it to my house, where I screwed the whole thig together. Now that I have secured the tree to the wall with a custom super fancy rig, my little ones won't trash the tree ever again.
I am very pleased with this product and intend to replace any necessary parts, for my cats use for as long as you will continue to supply them.
