I bought Armarkat because you could get replacement parts. You didn't let me down.I purchased this for a little female Bengal, she's maybe 8 lbs, so no problem. Recently my daughter moved back home with 2 other cats, they were a bit heavy to say the least. long story short the pillar would not stop leaning after Thor used the top perch for a landing pad from the top of a tall china cabinet. Ordered the part, fits just like the first, I didn't expect hardware but that was included as well. Fixed better then new, and I moved the tree so it can no longer be used in such a way ;) Thanks Armarkat, Jasmine is super happy her tree is back good as new.

My Siamese cat Blue absolutely loves the cat tree. She loves it so much she wore out 3 of the jute wrapped posts in about 2 1/2 years. I'm very happy to be able to find replacement parts for the ones that wear out.

Wonderful Service!!
I recently ordered a replacement scratching post for my cat tree. The service was beyond belief! Not only did they send me the bolts and washers I was also missing, but they didn't charge me a thing for them. These were bolts that put the whole tree together, not just the needed bolt for the missing part. I can only say that I have never received such great, friendly service and I received my order in just a few days. My cat is happy and I am thrilled to find a company that values their customers. Armarkat-Best cat furniture by far!!
I love Armarkat cat furniture! It is durable and stable. I am especially impressed that I can buy individual parts when my cats eventually wear out the vertical scratching posts. More importantly than what I think, all of my cats use and play on their own furniture every day!

fit perfect
our young cat destroyed a few of the original posts (he really uses it daily to groom his claws).The new parts fit perfectly.The only difference was the color of the cord was a little lighter.
