This is a very sturdy product which will accommodate our very active 5 month old kitten already weighing 10 lbs. and growing fast. He's a climber, he loves height and the crows nest at the top and loves to duck into the roomy bottom and nap. It is perfect and great looking. Thanks for such a quality cat tree.
We've had this tree in our house for about 3 weeks now and absolutely love it! It was very simple to put together (took me about 20 minutes) and is extremely sturdy. We have 4 cats living in our home and 3 out of the 4 are constantly playing on it. It is holding up very well and everyone is extremely happy and content.
This cat tree is well made and easy to put together. It does wobble just a bit when my cat is going all the way to the top. I chose this tree because it seemed to had the biggest perches when reading the dimensions. But this cat tree obviously isn't made for a full gown cat. He's not huge, 12 lbs and an agile jumper that easily jumps to window sills that are 4 ft up. He likes laying in the top perch, but to get down to the ramp/perch below he has to go pretty much straight down, and with the little ridge on the top perch he's hesitant to jump to such a small area. In the photo it looked like this ramp stuck out more from the top perch with enough room to jump onto it. If he ends up a little too close to the edge when jumping onto it he tumbles to the ground. Going up to the top is no problem. If he doesn't get used to it in a few says we'll be figuring out ways to reconfigure or shorten the tree. He also likes the house on the bottom. The tree is set up in front of the patio doorwall and he hides in the house waiting for the birds to land on the deck.
