This is the second one of these I have purchased in past 6 months. Bought one for my cat and now one for friends' cats. Product great and the service is unbelievable! I was informed every step of the way regarding my order status. Received quickly and in perfect condition. Easy to assemble... my cat could hardly wait for me to finish. He and I are both in love with it.
I purchased this same cat condo several months ago, and my two cats use it all the time. One of the poles broke off (it was never screwed in correctly) and I am able to repair it. However, I felt a second condo was in order since my cats give it a real workout. I would recommend this cat condo to a friend.
I've had this product for over 4 years. It's withstood the love of 3 cats that use it daily. It's easy to assemble & maintain -- and you can buy replacement parts if needed. I buy replacement posts at least once a year.
I've purchased two of these trees over the last few years. The first one went with my foster kittens to their new home. The second one just arrived and after an easy 30-minutes of assembly it's perfect just inside my living room window. After much research and comparison shopping - I just couldn't beat this tree. I love that it can be disassembled to move around. It's not super heavy, but sturdy enough to support me when I stood on the first few levels to adjust the curtains. It's tall enough to give my cat a feeling of being up above everything without taking up a huge amount of space in my apartment. It's easy to clean and if it gets a bit wobbly after time I can just tighten things up with the tool. Perfect. Not to mention a bargain. My new kitty loves it and the previously mentioned foster kittens (now sizeable cats!) are still practically living on it in their new home. I highly recommend this tree to anyone considering purchasing it.
Your box came in good condition. My cat could not wait for the tree to be put together. my cat loves the higher perchers, there is a little wobble but not to scare off my 12 pd. cat . great product.
From the cats' point of view it's great. They love to climb all the way to the top. From my point of view: it looks good but, it does not have as much cushion as the ones sold at pet stores.
I am very impressed with how this cat condo has held up. We have a number of cats including two very large Maine Coons and they love it. They climb all over it like monkeys and sleep on it all the time. I have recommended the Armakat brand to many.
Bought 3 years ago and it's still in perfect condition, as sturdy as it was on day one. With regular vacuuming it still looks great even with 2 cats practically living on it all day and scratching constantly. Am currently purchasing a second one for our second home. We can't live without it! So much less expensive than the pet store and very easy to put together.
