Classic Cat Tree A7401

I have 10 rescued cats in my household and they all love the cat tower. There is at least 2 or 3 cats on the tower at all times. It was very easy to assemble and it is very sturdy. I have owned it for about 3 years now and it has held up very well. I will be purchasing another in the very near future.

Best on the market for the value. With 13 cats, two units work fantastic. Would love to see a wider unit like this for better support.

I bought this about two years ago and my 2 cats really love it. I just came to the site looking for replacement parts because I have a couple of the scratching posts that my cats have torn up, which is a good thing! I have mine in the living room in front of a very large bay window. They lay on it and enjoy the sun, they sleep in the houses. My older cat chases his tail on it. My younger one sleeps on the very top and they both chase each other and play fight on it all the time. I tell everyone that it was one of the best things that I have ever bought for my cats! I would recommend this 100%.

I just bought this Tree last week at my local Petco... my cats love it!!! I have 3 males and 1 female. the female had been moody after moving into a new home untill i bought this monstrosity... she has been affectionate and content ever since. Awesome product, great quality, sturdy materials, love it! Fits perfect next to the window by my fireplace, not a day goes by where they dont use it! worth every penny!

"I got this item on sale because it was the best buy I could find. My 2 indoor cats loved it right away because it was something new. I waited. Once the novelty wore off, they STILL loved it! I have it in front of a tall window now which seemed to be the preferred spot. I noticed one negative comment by someone who thought the faux fur was too slippery for the cats to climb. First, I don't see how that is possible with the bumps on the ramps and easy jump-heights from one level to another. And, second, the faux fur is MUCH safer because it doesn't have loops--like some carpet-coverings--where the cats get there claws caught, pull the loops out until the carpet is shredded and generally get caught up in the resulting dangles of threads. My cats claw the sisal wrap like crazy and it has held up beautifully. Another plus is that the "fur" covering on the base wraps around the board so that the soft material is in contact with the floor. When I want to move it for repositioning or cleaning the floor behind it, it easily slides on my hardwood floor--but doesn't move with the cats pouncing on it.

I've been reading and thinking for a few months and finally decided on this one. I purchased it at PETCO hoping to see it on display before making the purchase. No luck but a sales person came over to help me with the box and said these Kitty condos are wonderful. That was enough for me. I put it together in about an hour taking my time. The directions are in several languages and easy to understand. This product is well made. It is held together with strong steel bolts. Our old kiity condo was much smaller and had plastic bolts that never stayed tight. The workmanship in this one is far superior and it's very strong and stable. My three cats are loving it and one couldn't wait for me to finish assembling it. The ramps that come with it are optional but really finish it nicely. My cats think they're cool. Another nice feature of these kitty condos is the ability to get parts if ever needed. I would not hestiate to recommend this to my friends. It's a beautiful kitty condo and my cats will enjoy it for many years to come. I do one small wish. It would be nice if it was available with the double bottom. No problem with it as it is but the extra thick base would be nice. This kitty condo gets two thumbs up and five stars. I couldn't be more pleased and my cats absolutely love it.

I bought this at Petco and my indoor cat immediately loved it. He uses all of the middle and higher levels, but the material is slippery and he has fallen off a few times when he rolls over or misjudges a jump and then can't sink his claws in to hold himself up. A carpet covering would have made this a perfect 5 star review. Other than that, the construction is very sturdy.
