I bought this tree/condo for my two rescue kitties three years ago and it still looks like it did when it was new. My cats love to chase each other up and down and through the cutout hole to the hammock. They even try to knock each other off of the top perch so that only one can be 'king of the hill'! It is very sturdy and very durable and I'm sure my cats will love it for many more years to come.
I have had this perch/tree for almost 5 years now, and it still looks great :) I had 4 cats when I got and ccurrently just have 2, but they have all loved this tree! There isn't one part of it they haven't played with or cat-napped on! easy to vaccume off with a handtool, and the color and texture hide the hair well inbetween vaccuming sessions :)
I got this tree a year ago and it was easy to assemble, looks great and it holds up to 3 cats: one which went through her wild kitten stage on it already and another that is in his now. So it's taken some running jumps and dives! I got this at the same time as I got new living room furniture and it not only keeps up with the nice looks of my furniture, it attracts my cats claws more than my sofa! The swizzle rope and height of the poles and the steadiness of the base makes it fun for my cats to stretch and scratch! I am very happy with this purchase!
We purchased this particular Cat Tree over 3 years ago and has been enjoyed by all 4 of our Cats and has provided excellent scratching posts for them to claw on.
