Assembly was easy except for the stairs. Cats enjoy. Only negative would be: the top three areas need to me more stable especially for large cat climbing up to top. Would recommend bigger posts or multiple post for the top sections.
This is our second Armarkat tower. We just adopted a new one year old kitten. He took to the original tower immediately. So we wanted a second tower so each cat could have their own space. As we were assembling the new tower he was playing on it as we were building it. He's an 8 lb. bundle of flip flop & runs up and down it like a maniac! I have never had such an acrobatic cat. He runs up up the poles backwards if you can imagine that. He absolutely loves it. He goes from one tower to the next depending on his mood, but always ends up on the highest perch of one of them to sleep. Our older cat uses the ramps, as we hoped he would, for ease of climbing from one level to the next. Our younger cat uses the ramps to flip around on. We really like the durable wood structures and ease of assembly. It only took me 15 minutes. Another great purchase from Armarkat!
Looks terrific and all 3 of our cats got right on it to explore all the way to the top and even used it to reach the top of the sliding doors it sits in front of. Of course one of them immediately chewed off one of the swinging balls!

We bought our first cat tree some months ago and have found our cats really enjoy it every day. So much so we decided to get another one for our bedroom. They are now enjoying both and we could not be happier.
I have 2 rambunctious cats. This tree is all they play on, also sleep in the hideaways. Really sturdy and big. Love this tree. My cats do to.
My old girl has super bad hips and was unable to climb up her old cat tree. This one is perfect with the two ramps. She has been able to climb it two different ways and it is stable under her weight, she's 25 lbs. My younger cat loves it and sticks to the upper perches for a view of the birds. It's a well built product, easy to put together, and it's a worthwhile investment.
This condo/tower is wonderful. Our two young cats love it and spend lots of time playing on it. We got it for them to try to give them someplace to climb rather than our furniture. We're still working on that! What is really fun to watch are how they "escape" our puppy when they are tired of chasing and playing with him. This product is heavy and is "real" wood, not pressed wood or cardboard. Didn't take long to install.
My cat doesn't play with anything. We got this because we decided to get a Great Dane puppy and wanted our kitty to have a respite. He uses it so well! Easy to put together, and while he is too big to use the ramps (15 lbs), he still climbs into the holes! Highly recommend this to any cat owners of any size. 5 stars easy, though I'm always hesitant to rate something as perfect!
We purchased this exact model over 10 years ago & it was time to replace since our 3 cats (sometimes 5 cats) destroyed the first one. I did buy replacement parts but after the first set were in need of repair, I decided it was cheaper just to purchase a brand new tree. Because they love this model so much, there was no question that I had to buy the same thing again. The tree is very sturdy (the smallest cat weighs 11 pounds; the largest cat we've had is 19 pounds) and they chase each other on the tree and use it as a jungle gym. I put cushions on the pedestals to make it a little more comfortable. They don't use the stairs so I don't attach those. The houses are a little small for my cats but they are used for playing and hiding. This tree is great since it mostly has features that actually are used (except for the stairs).
