Classic Cat Tree A7407

I'm disappointed because I sold my GoPetClub cat tower because I wanted a little bit bigger one for my large cat. When I got it all the measurements were off 1/2" on length & 1/2" on width. The height was off by 3.5" (70.5" vs 74" advertised). How can the measurements be off so much. Also it seems like flimsy carpet instead of the nice plush fur that was on my GoPetClub. Too expensive to ship back. Armarkat: We apologize for the inconvenience, as it sounds like the product is defective. Cats love it. We have them sitting close to each other and they like to jump from one to the other.

I have ordered several Classic Cat Tree A7407 's for use in an animal shelter, where they are put to the test, in a large community room, by 20-25 cats at a time. They hold up for a number of years under this extreme use. For home use, they would probably last forever.

I've owned a number of Armarkat trees and they have all been fine. The assembly tools are kind of Mickey Mouse - I never use them - I use my own tools instead. The only other thing that I could complain about is that the stability of stand alone claw posts (those that are not connected to another post by way of a connecting board) is weak. To improve overall stability the designs should be re-engineered to provide for more connecting pieces. BUT, Armarkat is better than others that I have had. By a lot! Armarkat: Please remember to tighten all screws weekly. Thank you!

Very pleased with this product. It does cost a little more than I wanted to spend, but now that I have it, I can see why. It is very sturdy and can hold both my cats with ease, one of which is on the hefty side. I love the scratching posts on it, it has kept my cats away from my couch! Very, very happy! In the future, I will shop Armakat first instead of wasting my time elsewhere. Thank you!!

They were even playing with it while I was assembling it. They love the different levels. I even added a basket for sleeping.

This is my second Armarkat tree. It just so happens that I bought identical trees! I chose this model because of the real plywood bases. I have a Siberian and wanted to be sure the tree was sturdy and safe. I have had the first tree for six months, my cat gets crazy and with a running jump, leaps to the top! My four year old granddaughter can fit inside the biggest box. It was easy for a 50 year old grandmother to put together, the directions were easy. I encourage Armarkat to continue with the solid or plywood parts, instead of pressed wood, because it was very difficult to find. I was ready to have one custom made before I found these models.

We purchased this cat tree to replace one we had had for years which was broken and very unstable. Our four cats were thrilled. Shortly after assembling the unit all four cats and our small dog were all on it at the same time. It is very stable which we appreciate as our border collie likes to chase the cats and this gives them a high location to get away from her. The cats love it. It looks good, is solidly built and is stable. What more could you ask for!
