      exactly what I needed

      I love these products and the service! We have 5 large and 2 medium cat trees and they are all great and are holding up amazingly well. While moving things around for the holidays, we misplaced a screw. It was very easy to find out which one I needed when I went to the website. I was able to find it, order it, and they shipped the very next day even though it was only a few days before Christmas. I am totally amazed and impressed with their customer service and the product line.

      Lost the allen wrench during 2 moves. I contacted the company and they send out the wrench and hex key. I was able to tighten all the bolts easily. Armarkat trees are great and the pieces can be replaced.

      Bolt to connect sleeping pad to scratch pole...

      Bolt was the perfect length. My Fat Cat broke his old pole so I ordered a replacement. Needed this bolt to connect the sleeping pad to the scratch post. Worked great. Company shipped quickly.       Once we figured out which tree we had, it was a simple process to select the connecting hardware needed. Armarkat: Always save that Model Number on your tree!!!
