Extra Large Perch

Cooper is our 23 lb, 23 inch long, Bengal and the perches that came with the tree we ordered just were not large enough for him. He loved to sit on the perch and watch the critters outside; but bless his heart, he hung off and just did not look comfy. So we found the larger perch. He loves it. He can actually curl up on it and sleep. We are going to add extra support to it, so that the perch will last longer.

My little kitten grew from 4 pounds to 10 pounds in five months! He's very long and was filling up the top perch where he always sleeps. He looked like he was going to fall out most times. My cat tree is an Armarkat brand, so I was very happy to find this extra large perch. It's perfect! It attaches easily and matches my existing tree perfectly. It is sturdily constructed and is just the right size for a large or growing cat! Worth every penny!

My cat (Sophie) has had her Armarkat cat tree since she was a kitten and has loved it since she was 8 weeks old (she's now 8 YEARs old!) She has grown to be a rather large cat and was falling off the sides of the perch on her old tree when she was lay down. I decided to try the larger perch and she absolutely loves laying there and looking out the second floor window, surveying her territory! Thanks for providing her many more years of enjoyment on her tree!

I wanted to change out the small and shallow round perch that came with my classic cat tree for a larger, deeper perch since I have a large cat that barely fits on the small one. I wasn't sure it would fit so I called customer service and they told me it was not compatible with my tree. After reading other reviews that said it was compatible I decided to purchase it. I ordered it and fits just fine. It was a little wobbly since it sits at the top of the tree so I secured it with short metal rod as a second post that I purchased at the hardware store. Out of the country customer service reps obviously do not know the products which is a shame.

It did not fit my cat tree although it's from the same maker the screws were too small for it so I have to send it back, but there is no way to contact them..... ARMARKAT: Different models have different part, and you can always contact us directly at help@armarkat.com.

My big kitty loves it!!!

This perch is very well made and safe. I have two cats and one is very big. The other one is always climbing and jumping. They both like this perch and I know they won't fall out and my big one is comfortable sleeping in it. Thank You, Antoinette Wehn

This perch is good quality and perfect for a large cat. And, the price was great too!

The sisal posts are great for scratching. But some of our cats have scratched on the faux fleece, which just rips right off the post. You need a tougher material for the non-sisal surfaces. ARMARKAT: Sorry your cats are scratching off the faux fleece. The perches are meant to be soft so the cats can snooze and cuddle. Try directing them to the many posts meant for scratching. I know; it's like herding cats!!

Cats love the new perch much more than the hanging basket that was there before.-- which they never used. Hopefully it holds up-- so far so good. Was worried about instability but so far so good. In retrospect, I should have opted for the smaller one but they love it. Satisfied with product.
