My 2 cats love this! Jac has issues with a hind leg and can easily stretch out in it without hanging over the sides. Mitsi loves it as well and will try to push Jac out of it. It was also easy to install since I was replacing a perch on an Armakat classic cat tree.
We have a 21 pound Main Coon and he loves it. He fits nicely on it. No more hanging off the edge.
I love this item Its nice and strong and soft Our one big boy has been in it sleeping but the other one is still getting used to it I am sure once their scent is on it they will be fighting each other for Worth buying as nothing like that in the stores here Would recomend to any one whose cats find the top box too small

Both cats love this larger space. Neither of them are large cats but they enjoy the extra room to stretch out.
We have 5 cats and 5 ARMARKAT cat trees. As some of our cats have gotten bigger we replaced the original perches with the EXTRA LARGE ones. We now have 11 EXTRA LARGE perches and and all the cats love them! The excellent quick shipping is a nice complement to your excellent products!
3" sides is too high , my cat is normal size and weight, but she is afraid to jump into perch because it's toooooo deep. ARMARKAT: Sorry you have this issue. We haven't heard of this issue before. If you have just purchased it, you may exchange it for a smaller (regular) size perch that comes with your model.
Bought one as one of our cats didn't fit in the traditional cat tower box. Had to buy another as both cats love to stretch out in these and enjoy the sun. Merchant shipped via FedEx, which was great!
Love the extra large because my cats are extra large. You’ve made them soooo comfortable they lay around most of day, except for meals!
