The cat tree is very well made and was easy to assemble. It's quite attractive, too. In our humid South Florida climate, the wood is a much better choice than carpeted trees. I will add some removable, washable pads to the shelves to make them more comfortable for the cats.
I ordered these in bulk, many sizes, for a shelter. Was worried that the base was too small, but the tree is very stable. Excellent product, sturdy, solid hardware, tight construction. Sisal legs great for scratching. Lack of carpeting is key, no vacuuming or fraying.
