Classic Cat Tree A6902

I have written two previous reviews. In my second one, I mentioned the tilted stand alone perch. I just tried to straighten it only to find that the particle board base it is rooted to is also broken. So upsetting. I inherited the identical tree along with two large cats when a family member could no longer care for them. The original tree was sturdy and withstood my cats bounding up and down the levels for three years.I replaced it only because it was worn. This tree appears to be a cheap imitation and a big disappointment. Armarkat: We do not build them to be cheap! Please contact us. You have a 6-month warranty.

Assembled on Sunday. Cats took to it on Monday. Wobbly stand alone perch is at a permanent 70 degree angle on Friday. Armarkat: First, check screws. Maybe it isn't tight enough. If you have assembled it correctly that shouldn't happen. Please email us a photo and we will assist.

I have an older tower outside on my back porch, so I purchased this one so my cats could have something to climb on inside. The overall design is good and it's easy to assemble, but I don't believe the front standalone platform will last very long. I have 4 cats (two of which are very large) and there is a significant amount of give at the base of the platform when the cats jump on/off, or tug on the attached rope. I removed the rope and stabilized the platform with string, so hopefully that will prolong its life.

I purchased this cat tree for a friend's eight year old rescue kitty that she's had for five years, definitely an UP cat who needed more height. The cat was under the bed during the assembly, but she came out and right away started working her way up the scratching posts. Now the highest perches are her favorites. The first perch is very wobbly though. There's not really enough launching space from the top of the "house" to the top perch and it's quite a distance between the two. The assembly instructions were clear and all the parts were included, even the allen wrench! We bought a different model condo more than five years ago for our two kitties, and they still love it! Thank you for making quality products for indoor kitties!

Our little ninja kitty is an only kitten who needed a treefort. This climber is one of his favorite places to hang out. He runs/jumps/flies/hangs/battles all over it and made the box his favorite napping spot. He even loves playing with the rope. The lower pedestal is a little wobbly, even after tightening as much as possible, but he's adjusted and doesn't have any trouble. Very happy with this product.

This is the second cat tree I've purchased from Armarkat and it was just as easy to assemble as the first one. My cat enjoys it immensely however my only complaint is that the first perch is not very sturdy. The post is a little too high to properly support the perch and therefore it wobbles when my cat jumps on it to get to the upper perches. I've tightened it as much as possible but it still wobbles.

I was a little afraid because my cat (he's 3 - got him a year ago) never climbs on anything but the window sills.....he is so polite....not once has he jumped up on counters or dressers etc. He was a rescue and not sure of his background - such a good boy....now spoiled rotten and a huge blessing. Anywho I have a small apt and he is an only pet. Wanted to get him somethin to climb on in front of the big bay window he loves so much! Took a couple days.....and he was timid at 1st but now he is on it - and napping in the cubby square....took to the scratching posts 1st. I haven't seen him on the very top platform yet but I'm sure he will.......so so happy for him and with this purchase......love the faux fur too! Really easy to put together - tiny bit of trouble with the 2nd platform but I just wasn't looking at the diagram correctly...definitely a strong sturdy piece and to see him climb up the posts like a tree reassured me it's just the right thing to do for any indoor cat!!!!!
