The order was processed right away and arrived quickly. Problem is this model was beige and the part I received is brown. Color choice is not an option when ordering. Armarkat: You can write to help@armarkat.com to check if there are alternate colors before ordering.
Basket works great for a comparable cat tree from a different company (Feandrea) who does not offer their own replacement parts. Great product, my (destructive) kittens love it!
I'm so glad these parts are available. My cat makes daily use of this particular cat tree, eventually shredding the tops of the posts. This is the second time I've replaced a couple of the posts in the nearly six years I've had the cat (and the tree). Both she and I are very happy with the results.
