The replacement piece was correct & exactly what we needed, but the attachment hardware was not included.
Been a customer for approximately 10 years and love the cat trees and condos! I have a 7 foot elaborate cat condo for over 8 years and only had to replace a couple of scratch post Le gs and the condo house itself since my 3 cats play everyday on it. They love to play, scratch, climb and sleep in it or on it for several hours a day. I also have a shorter version approx. 4 foot and recently needed to replace the scratch post legs since my cats wore them out too. I love that you can replace only the parts that are worn and keep the existing frame looking like new & in good working order. I have recommended several of my friends to purchase items from Armarkat and will continue to do so. Love your workmanship and a great product at a price that is a REAL value! I am a very customer and so are my 3 happy kitties.

I picked out the wrong topper for my cat tree, but my kitty still loves it. With a little adjustment, it'll fit just nicely!! Shipping was not speedy, but it had a long way to go. It was well worth it, too. My cat is happy. He immediately adjusted to the new pieces. And, I'm happy because it's sturdy, the same quality as the original cat tree (if not better), and reasonably priced. Thank you!
wrong parts were sent, the package arrived extremely damaged missing a part and no invoice. I received 6 conflicting email from ups the 5th stating this company cancelled my order and the 6th saying the package was delivered. I contacted the company on July 17th and 23rd and have gotten no response yet. I was charged for garbage! In the past I have never had this happen to me and was quite pleased with this company, but now I'm very disappointed. I'm not sure if I will do business with this company again.
