Great Quality and Super Fast Shipping

I was really afraid that it would be difficult to assemble or would smell bad. However, it arrived quickly, assembly was easy, and the wood smelled of fresh pine and not carpet glue like the other trees I've shopped. You do have to take your time and re-tighten it over the next few weeks as it settles in. I have two giant Maine Coon cats and nothing else out there is sturdy enough for them. Customer Service was above and beyond as I ordered over Xmas and they responded even when the warehouse was closed.

Unfortunately the tree I bought isn't being sold anymore (http://www.armarkat.com/s9202-parts/) but this tree is pretty similar. I did a lot of research before buying a tree and am very, very happy with this purchase and this company.
The tree is amazing - it is very sturdy and easy to put together. I also like that you can customize it since you can buy extra parts on this site. The parts are very reasonably priced!
Amarkat has wonderful customer service, too. They got back to me fast and had the part I needed at my door right away.
