Substantially Met Expectations

The product arrived on time and the materials are good quality. All the parts were included and it was easy to put together. I placed it in a corner of the room. It is top heavy, so to counteract the wobble, I put a weighted box on the bottom. It does move a bit side to side still. My 2 cats are 7 years old and it took a couple of days (and some treats and catnip) to get them to use it. I am pleased with the purchase. My husband had his doubts about how it would look in the living room, but he agrees it looks fine.
Perfect!

Not your average cat tree

I bit the bullet and decided on this model over the other lower-cost models because my cats are highly skilled at disassembling cat furniture.

I first felt I was perhaps spending a lot for "yet another cat tree" until it was delivered and I got my hands on it. It's solid, and may be the last cat tree I buy, as spare parts are available for anything that wears out.

The details from metal-on-metal fasteners, beveled and sanded edges, to clever Velcro cinching straps for the faux fur padding relieved me of the notion that this was an expensive item - You'd be hard-pressed to find better quality for the price.
