"I just bought this Tree last week at my local Petco... my cats love it!!! I have 3 males and 1 female. the female had been moody after moving into a new home untill i bought this monstrosity... she has been affectionate and content ever since. "Bought this unit a few days ago at PetCo. Contstruction is pretty good, and the unit is very stable once constructed. The only issue is my cats think they can climb it but they can't. The faux fur doesn't offer any purchase for cat claws, so they slip and fall back to the ground when trying to jump and climb the structure which I could see being potentially dangerous for my cats. Not sure why the faux fur was used instead of some kind of carpet they can grip, but the unit would be perfect if carpet had been used for covering instead of the faux fur."

"I bought this about two years ago and my 2 cats really love it. I just came to the site looking for replacement parts because I have a couple of the scratching posts that my cats have torn up, which is a good thing! I have mine in the living room in front of a very large bay window. They lay on it and enjoy the sun, they sleep in the houses. My older cat chases his tail on it. My younger one sleeps on the very top and they both chase each other and play fight on it all the time. I tell everyone that it was one of the best things that I have ever bought for my cats! I would recommend this 100%."

"I have 10 rescued cats in my household and they all love the cat tower. There is at least 2 or 3 cats on the tower at all times. It was very easy to assemble and it is very sturdy. I have owned it for about 3 years now and it has held up very well. I will be purchasing another in the very near future."

"I just bought this cat tree today through Petco (where I work). It's at least 3 times the cat tree for half the price of some of the store models, and the "carpet" is so soft, compared to the rough shag carpets commonly found on cat trees. It's pretty easy to put together, but the wrench is too small for the tiny screws. We had another one at home, so we found one that fit. The wrench was the right size for the screw body, but not for the head, which is what it needs to be sized for. Very easy to read instructions. We sprayed it with catnip spray and my cats are having a ball. I think this is going to be quite entertaining for all involved."

"I am so impressed with this company! The reason I ordered this kitty tree is because my 2.5 year old kitty was diagnosed with cancer and I was told he only had a couple of weeks. So I ordered this tree hoping and praying it would make it in time! I ordered Friday night at 7, So I knew it would not ship at least til Monday! It is Wednesday and it is already here! I did not expect such high quality and easy to read directions. I was debating where to put it before it got here, but the quality is so nice, I am putting it in the living room! "I purchased this model cat tree over 4 years ago. It has endured being taken apart and reassembled through 2 cross-country moves and the abuse from three very clutzy and active kitties. It's still as sturdy as ever and our cats practically live in it. The construction of cat trees at the pet stores make you wonder if the people producing them even have cats, they are clunky, awkward for kitties to use and very overpriced.
